I love taking baths at the end of my day. I alternate between Sea salts and Epsom salts. When I want a special treat or want to feel even more refreshed I use the Relax & Refresh. It dissolves quickly and smells awesome! My skin feels great and and scent just puts you in a good mood.

I love using the Relax and Refresh Epsom Salts! This is great to help soothe muscle pain and relieve aching feet. A must after a workout or being on my feet all day. It also advertises to reduce inflammation and detoxify the skin and body. The pleasant scent was relaxing and helped me fall right to sleep.
